Shane Meade

Shane Meade is a performing singer songwriter whose songs balance acoustic soul, folk-pop, rhythm and blues. His infectious vocals and lighthearted sound immediately draws one to his warmth, energy, and deep passion for sharing experiences through his music. Hailing from Elkins, West Virginia (a small town in those Wild & Wonderful parts) Shane is a self-taught late bloomer who borrowed an old guitar from his father and began playing and writing songs in the Summer of 2000. His music captivates the imagination, and audiences connect to his inspirational lyrics and universal subject matter. His ability to blend his influences with his own unique and soulful-style helps deliver an engaging live performance that is both powerful and uplifting.

From a "diamond in the rough", to an "artist on the rise", Shane remains simple and honest in his approach to songwriting. His intimate solo shows reveal candid moments of story-telling, highlighting the true pleasures and pain in life. Shane encourages audience interaction during these performances as he turns the stage into one's own living room as a way of giving back to those who continue to support and appreciate live music.

Mike Tozier

Mike Tozier is a finger picking, harmonica playing, singer song writer. Mike's influences range from Robert Johnson to Eric Clapton, Bob Marley to Merle Haggard. If it's a rootsy sound, it is the type of music you will hear him perform. Tozlier was presented the Weekly Planet's Critic's Choice award for Best Acoustic Act in the Tampa Bay area in 2001. Since then he has traveled the southeast entertaining enthusiastic crowds with his down home honest approach. If you like acoustic music, you will love his performances.

Reid Burton

September 4, 18, October 16, November 6 & 20, December 4 & 18

Reid Burton grew up in Chicago, Illinois. He was introduced to piano at age three, studying Classical, Romantic, Baroque, and then progressed into Jazz. It was all a gateway to the guitar.

Reid began to study guitar at age 8. He began with Rock n Roll, advancing in electric guitar at first. As tim e went on he found a Folk flare in his right hand. Though he is a phenomenal pianist, he predominately is an acoustic artist/vocalist.

He is a symbolic and spiritual man who wears his beliefs in his heart, his music, and his ink. "Ever since I became aware of my own existence in its entirety, I knew where I was going, why I have been where I have been, and why it was all necessary." He is a true modern folk artist that is destined for the top. He released "Finally" this summer, and is about to release "Simply Falling" at the beginning of 2009.

Rob Morris

Having picked up the guitar at the age of 7, Rob Morris was writing songs & playing bars in his hometown of Philadelphia by the time he was 15. Pulling from a variety of influences, (to name a few; Bob Dylan, Jeff Buckley, Incubus, The Beatles, Tool) Rob has created a versatile sound of his own. After a few years in the Atlanta circuit, he has made his way down to Florida and is currently performing in the Tampa Bay area as a solo acoustic act & with his rock band Gates of Eden (www.gatesofedenmusic.com).
