On December 17th 2008, Bin 27 Bistro opened its doors in an effort to bring the very best in casual fusion dining to the Bay area. It is through fusion dining that we can bring an eclectic mix of fresh and locally produced cuisines that change on a frequent basis. The result is a medley of complex and palate soothing ingredients that combine techniques and flavors that call upon an entire world's arsenal of culinary diversity.

At Bin 27, you will not only find uniqueness in our menu but also in our wine and beverage selections. A 100 bottle wine list offers guests the ability to choose both familiar and more rare or “on premise” only vintages that have been carefully selected by our wine management staff. We have an extensive mixed drink selection with over 50 different spirits and liqueurs to choose from. Our onyx bar, one of the first in Tampa's history is the perfect setting to wind down after a long day or to start your dining experience.
